Adds user to group. Idempotent: a re-add returns the existing row unchanged. Refuses to add a user from a different account.

Zugriff

Zugriffsprofil: gated. Module: none. Die Freigabe im Profil ersetzt keine Account-, Workspace- oder Rollenberechtigung.
