Beschreibung

Call this immediately after you complete a meaningful action that a future session might otherwise repeat — e.g. you commented on a task asking for an estimate, DM'd a user about a missed standup, or escalated something to a workspace lead. The next session will read your entries via agent_log_list before acting, and skip duplicates.

Entries are append-only, scoped to (you, this account), and invisible to other users. There is no update or delete.

Use a stable, machine-friendly subject so write and read line up — e.g. "task:ENG-123", "standup:user_max:2026-05-07", "user:user_abc123". Use tags for short reusable labels you'll filter on later, e.g. ["estimate-reminder"], ["standup-followup", "escalated"]. Both are optional but strongly recommended — without them you can only retrieve by recency.

Example: after asking @max for an estimate on ENG-123, call with body: "Asked @max for estimate", subject: "task:ENG-123", tags: ["estimate-reminder"].

body ≤ 8 KB; subject ≤ 200 chars.
